What types of jerseys do you sell?

We sell football jerseys for clubs and national teams, including the latest 2026/27 season kits, World Cup 2026 editions and many retro jerseys. We also carry kids' jerseys and football balls. If you need a jersey that isn't here you can contact us via our Contact page so we can check if it's available.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size guide on each product page for measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I customise my jersey with a name and number?

Yes! We offer full customisation on every jersey — you can add a name, number, and patch of your choice. Simply select your customisation options on the product page before adding to cart without any extra costs.

Do the jerseys come with tags/packaging?

Yes, all jerseys are delivered with tags and packaging included.

 

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including across Europe, the US, the UK, and beyond.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, orders arrive within 10–16 business days. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment in real time or perhaps the 17track site which may be a bit more accurate and detailed at times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs 5€ worldwide but for orders over 49€ it's free.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering. If you are not sure, contact us via our Contact page and we'll try to check for you.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that customised jerseys specifically with your own name cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to adjust it. If it has already shipped, you can return the item (unworn and in original condition) and place a new order in the correct size.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

 

🎨 Customisation

Can I choose any name and number, or only official player ones?

You can choose any name and number you like — it doesn't have to be an official player's. Put your own name on it if you want!

 

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We never store your card details.
